Founded in 2022, Wesley Capital Brokerage Firm is a commercial mortgage brokerage firm focused on being an intermediary between borrowers and lenders, streamlining the financing process and helping businesses and investors secure the funding they need to acquire, refinance, or develop commercial properties.
Berlitz Georges, the Managing Director and owner of the firm boasts an impressive two decades of experience in the banking sector. His primary focus is on assisting real estate investors and developers in accomplishing their financial objectives, particularly in the realms of property purchase, refinancing, and development.
Berlitz specializes in a wide range of property types, including retail, office, industrial,
multifamily, and hospitality properties. He takes a hands-on approach to his work and provides comprehensive and sound financial guidance tailored to each client’s unique lending project(s).
Notably, Berlitz has been recognized for his industry knowledge and was invited to participate as a retail panelist in the 16th annual IREM/CCIM/Next Protection Economic Forecast. This showcases his ability to provide valuable insights into the real estate and lending industry.
Berlitz earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Liberty University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Grand Canyon University. While his days may be filled with underwriting deals, Berlitz’s true passion lies with supporting the growth of his clients. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys reading and spending quality time with his loved ones.
